We must deliver new capabilities, create new public-private partnerships and leverage a whole-of-government approach to continuously adapt to a changing world. Are there challenges? Of course. Will it be easy? Of course not. We have a profound opportunity to manifest active, citizen-centric stewardship through Government as a Platform for Citizen Services (GaaP4CS).
